I. MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE RULES
In addition to any refund rights provided by law, if you purchased our app directly from our website and were offered the money-back option during checkout, you are eligible for a refund if you did not achieve visible results with our program, provided all the following conditions are met:
1. You must contact us within 30 days of your initial purchase and before the end of your subscription period; and
2. You must have adhered to our program for at least 7 consecutive days within the first 30 days after your purchase (for monthly and longer subscription periods); and
3. You must be able to prove that you have followed the program as specified in the section “How to Prove You Followed the Program”.
We will review your request and inform you by email whether your application has been approved.
HOW TO PROVE YOU FOLLOWED THE PROGRAM
You can show that you have followed the program by meeting the following criteria:
1. Provide screenshots from the app showing that you have:
- Tracked your food for at least 7 consecutive days, achieving a score of more than 8 each day;
- Completed at least 7 consecutive days of your recommended Exercise or Walk Goal;
- Completed at least 7 consecutive days of your recommended Learn or Be Mindful Goal.We will verify these records with our internal data.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Please note that you must meet all the above conditions to qualify for a refund under our Money-back Guarantee. This Guarantee does not cover any other situations.
II. GENERAL REFUND RULES
3.1. These Terms May Change
We appreciate your feedback and strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our products and services. However, if you are not fully satisfied with our services, you may request a refund according to the terms outlined here.
Generally, if you do not meet the conditions of our Money-back Guarantee, the fees you have paid are non-refundable and/or non-exchangeable unless otherwise stated here or required by law. Certain refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis and granted at our sole discretion.
Refunds are typically only available during the subscription period. If your subscription period has expired before you request a refund, we will not be able to process your refund.
Note for residents of specific US states:
If you reside in California or Connecticut and cancel your purchase by midnight of the third business day after the date of purchase, we will refund your payment.
Note for EU residents:
If you are a consumer in the EEA or Switzerland, you have the right to withdraw from contracts for purchasing services. However, if you purchase a single item of digital content, you agree that it is available immediately, thereby forfeiting your right of withdrawal and eligibility for a refund. By subscribing to our Service, which is provided continuously, you agree to the immediate supply of such Service. If you withdraw from the contract, we will deduct an amount proportional to the service provided before your withdrawal.
Exercising the Right of Withdrawal:
If you have not forfeited your right of withdrawal, you have 14 days from the contract date to exercise this right. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, you need to send your communication before the 14-day period expires.
